about the acne – it does seem like acne should be attacked with whatever weapons are available – but sometimes the weapons make the acne worse. Skin with acne should be treated like baby skin, very gently and with very gentle products. This helps to de-stress the skin so it won’t make tons more oil for tons more bacteria to nest in, and then, tons more spots. Wash mild 2x daily, use a gel with salicylic acid just on the spots, exfoliate rarely, and be gentle!
