I will update this review with continued use of the acne.org products. I have been using the regimen for a week. I use the cleanser, treatment, moisturizer and jojoba oil. I found if I use more than one drop of jojoba mixed into the moisturizer during the day my face will be shiny. So I use one drop during the day and two to three drops in the evening. I think it could just take my skin some time to adjust and make less oil.
Overall my skin before starting the acne.org product would be considered moderate to severe acne. I am in my late twenties and have had acne for 15 years. My nose and face around my nose, and chin are covered in blackheads. My chin and jaw line are constantly covered in small bumps that never seem to go away. I also have larger pimples that show up all over my face. I have tried almost everything over the counter and prescription as well as proactive and nothing has seemed to help.
So for the past week I have been using the acne.org regimen. I love how gentle the cleanser is, it does not overdry my face. I had been using benzoyl peroxide for a while, so I used the full amount recommended by Dan right away with no problems. I am thankful that Dan makes the benzoyl peroxide treatment in such a large economical amount. The treatment makes my skin feel tighter, and not oily at all. For me the moisturizer takes a longer time to dry. Sometimes my skin feels a little oily, but I use some oil absorbing blotting sheets and then I’m good to go. My skin is softer, my pores are noticeably smaller, the black heads on my face around my nose are already almost gone.
I will update this review after continued use to share how long the starter kit lasts, and my results.

my skin has never been better. you have to slowly build up your skin’s tolerance to the benzoyl peroxide… and be consistent – no slacking! it pays off. my skin looks and feels amazing. i also recommend using the jojoba oil (you can mix it or not) in the winter when your skin is especially dry. the aha is great for a sporadic exfoliant – it helps with blackheads!

Acne.com’s method really helps. My acne is not entirely gone, but it is so drastically reduced that it is amazing. I do not use the moisturizer very often, since I have quite oily skin naturally, and so even with benzoyl peroxide about 1.5 times a day, I do not dry out too much.
The cleanser is very gentle and does and excellent job of preparing the skin for the treatment.
The bottles are big enough that they last quite a while too, which is excellent.
If you have struggled with acne and had difficulty finding a treatment that works for you, buy this starter kit and look at acne.com’s regimen videos. You may find that you need to tweak it to fit your personal needs, but it is a great start(er kit).

You have to try these products!!! They have SAVED my skin. I’ve been on everything to treat acne except accutane (which scared me way too much) and had moderate acne for ten years. Finally at 22, I have nice skin and I owe it all to these products (and the AHA lotion/ jojoba oil!). For such an affordable price, this kit is a must. Please try this, you will not regret it!!!!
