Acne Cures: Is there a Natural Acne Cure that Works?
Are there natural acne cures that work or is it a new age myth? Is there a permanent cure for acne or are all acne sufferers sentenced to the Sisyphean battle of tackling the ‘on the surface’ symptoms? Is there an honest, natural and safer alternative to the endless use of over the counters and to the nasty side effects inflicted by conventional drugs, creams and topical acne treatments?
Most dermatologists and other western medicine followers have already answered that controversial question by claiming that acne, among other diseases simply cannot be cured.
There are 2 reasons for that:
1. Most dermatologists don′t even know what the real cause of acne is. It’s amazing but true. They are highly familiar with the symptoms of acne and they specialize in tackling the ‘on the surface’ symptoms, but unfortunately they cannot tell you what the internal conditions are that cause your acne to form in the first place. If you don′t believe me just ask your dermatologist.
2. Most doctors work in conjunction with the pharmaceutical and drug companies and the latter is not motivated, so to speak, at discovering a cure for Acne or Aids or Cancer – simply because hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent on finding treatments for the symptoms of diseases. Why? simply because their global aim is to make more profit by creating consumer dependency. By applying medications and creams that deal merely with the symptoms while ignoring the source or the internal cause of the disease, acne will never be cured. The average acne sufferer will become more and more reliant on drugs that temporarily calm the symptoms and that means steady income for the drug and pharmaceutical companies.
There’s a lovely metaphor describing acne among other chronic diseases and the way modern medicine deals with these afflictions: If you manage to kill all the mosquitoes around a stale pond using chemicals, for a little while there will be no mosquitoes.
But since the source of the problem (what causes the mosquitoes to appear) is still there – the stale, disgusting pond where mosquitoes can find food and fertile ground for laying their eggs – mosquitoes will always come back!
The same thing happens with your acne!
Without eliminating the source of your acne condition, you will never get rid of your acne. Without fixing the internal problem that is causing your acne, you may find temporary relief, but your acne will always come back until you do something fundamental to eradicate the cause from within…until you make the pond (your body or internal system) a place where ‘mosquitoes’ cannot exist.
Ultimately, every disease results from a breakdown within your body. All major diseases and chronic conditions are warning signs of something very fundamentally wrong inside. Deepak Chopra refers to this as “The violation of simple laws of nature that make our body function.”
The very surprising truth is that you are lucky for having acne. Let me explain…Acne, like constant headaches, irritable bowel syndrome or dandruffs is only a small message from your body that something is wrong internally and should be addressed and corrected.
Now, there are two choices you can make – you can:
1.Ignore that message – big mistake! The internal imbalance that caused your acne will, in most cases, turn into a chronic condition. Now instead of just having acne you′ll start having other hormonal imbalance or toxic overload related symptoms in addition to acne. Because the internal problem is not fixed, the disease symptoms get more and more intense.
2.Listen to your body and start fixing the internal problem that causes your acne to appear in the first place you will not only get rid of your acne you will also achieve beautiful, healthy, even toned clear skin complexion, re-balance your body and prevent future hormonal or toxic overload related conditions.
The simple truth is…you are out of balance. We now live a ‘far-from-natural’ lifestyle. There are over 300 synthetic industrial chemicals present in our bodies that did not exist 50 years ago. We are filled with toxins from the food, and medication we ingest and use.
By fixing the internal condition that causes your acne in addition to adopting a healthy lifestyle (healthy diet & mindset, cleanse & detoxify, hormonal balancing etc.) you will put your body back into balance – holistically – your acne will cease to exist and you feel as healthy and attractive as ever!
It doesn’t matter what type of acne you have. Whether you suffer from: acne vulgaris, acne Conglobata, acne Rosacea, Acne Fulminans, Blackheads, Whiteheads, Papules, Pustules, Nodules or Cysts: The principles required to cure your acne are basically the same. The “holistic” ways of treating people have been around for thousands of years, and they absolutely work whether you have teen or adult acne; whether you suffer from acne on your back, shoulders or chest or if you suffer from female related acne such as menopause acne or acne due to monthly cycles.
Whatever your acne condition is, when you finally decide to stop making the same acne treatment mistakes that have been holding you back and begin applying the holistic approach to curing acne, you can literally choose to become clear and stay clear. You will have the power to make it happen.

Is There An Acne Cure In Our Future?
Any teenager will tell you that an outbreak of acne is one of the worst things that can happen to their social standing as well as their own self esteem. So with the high priority most teens put on staying acne-free, is there any hope in our future for an acne cure? Unfortunately, scientists and doctors will tell you a cure for acne is unlikely. However, there are some practices you can develop to help prevent breakouts. These include things such as washing your face twice daily, avoiding touching your face, using prescription or over-the-counter creams, taking oral antibiotics and exfoliating the skin.
In order to understand how these preventative measures help acne, you must first understand how acne develops. The skin of the face is covered with small openings – or pores – that allow nutrients to pass back and forth through the skin. Acne forms when dead skin cells, dirt or cosmetics block these pores. This blockage causes oils, which are usually excreted onto the skin to help make it smooth and supple, to back up in the pores causing an inflamed bump. Hormones excreted by the body during the teen years can make acne even worse by causing the oil glands to work overtime. To make things worse, bacteria can grow inside these bumps which can infect other pores if the acne is scratched or picked at. Acne can be triggered by stress, hormones, or an unhealthy diet. Scientists are uncertain why one teen will suffer from acne and another will not, but they believe it may be tied to genetics or heredity. Since it is unsure what exactly causes acne, it is more important to concentrate on preventing breakouts rather than an acne cure.
You may need to use over-the-counter or prescription medications to help clear your existing acne and keep new acne from forming. While choosing an acne medication, be wary of products that promise an acne cure. Remember, there is no cure for acne. Your acne will not go away overnight. Even with the strongest creams and cleansers, it will take at least two weeks to start to see improvement in your acne.
Prevention can be as simple as cleaning your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser to keep oils and dirt from building up. Some experts also suggest exfoliating the skin to encourage dead skin cells to flake off. This way the cells don’t stay on your face and block your pores. Along with keeping your skin clean, it is also a good idea to eat a healthy diet. Although eating a healthy diet does not guarantee you will have an acne free face, it is always best for your body and your skin to eat a balanced diet. With no acne cure in sight, prevention can save you the embarrassment of unsightly pimples.
Remember, there is currently no miracle cure for acne; in fact, there is no acne cure at all. Concentrate on clearing the acne you have, and keeping new spots from appearing. Sometimes acne prevention is indeed the best acne cure.

Is An Acne Cure Out There?
Anyone who claims to have a 100 percent, proven acne cure is probably fibbing. With no definitive single cause, this troublesome skin condition simply does not have a proven, one-size-fits-all cure.
Don’t despair, however. There might not be a cure all, but there are different treatments that can prove very beneficial for some people. In essence, many people simply have to find their own acne cure. One treatment that works miracles for some people, might not for others. This, however, does not mean that viable treatments cannot be found.
The trouble with any medications that promise an “acne cure” for everyone lies in the fact that acne can have a variety of causes. Where some people might simply have hereditary conditions, others might find their breakouts stem from hormonal issues or maybe even prescription medications. Seeking out the right cure often goes along with narrowing down the possible causes.
While the prospect of actually having to take time to find an acne cure likely won′t please those in the throes of a major breakout, there is hope. The variety of different proven treatments is rather spectacular. With a little effort, it is more than possible for most acne sufferers to find one that helps them out at least a little if not a whole lot.
Unless acne is particularly severe, the standard procedure for treating involves sort of a step up method. Start out at the easiest, least costly and least troublesome potential treatment and work up gradually from there. Here are some of the options:
* Time. For many, the simple passage of time is all that it takes to cure acne. While this particular acne cure won′t be welcomed by those in the middle of a breakout, it is one that can work wonders for mild to medium cases. When stress, hormones or other passing problems are at the root of acne, time is often the only real cure necessary.
* Over-the-counter remedies. Most pharmacies are chock full of acne cures. From mild creams and cleansers to more tough products, these can really help some people battle breakouts and even prevent them from recurring. The best route here is to start out with the weakest possible solution and work up slowly, unless of course a moderate to severe breakout with scarring is a problem.
* Special order products. There are a lot of different companies that make mail-order and Internet order acne cure products. Some of these work very, very well. When what can be obtained down the street doesn’t work, one of these just might.
* Herbal remedies/diet changes. Sometimes herbal acne cure products or even home creations coupled with a balanced diet can lead to great results.
* Prescriptions. Some people have to turn to medical advice to keep their acne at bay or at least in check. There are some great options here, but many see them as last resorts due to their potential side effects and pricing.
Finding an acne cure is not something that everyone will find easy. With a multitude of potential causes, this condition is one that doesn’t have a 100 percent, surefire cure. There are lots of options out there, however, and many of them work extremely well.

Is There An Acne Cure ?
Any sufferer of acne would probably snap your hand off if you could give them a cure for this skin affliction. Unfortunately, though, so far there is no be all and end all cure for acne. However, there are numerous treatments that are the next best thing, whether you’re the typical teenage sufferer, or of more advanced years.
One of the most popular methods around at the moment is the rather aptly named acnezine. Recommended for adults and teenagers alike, it works by using antioxidants that cleanse your skin from the inside. With the added bonus of keeping any inflammation under control, as well as minimizing any redness around the infected area, this is one of the most effective methods you can use.
Another highly recommended product is a clear gel called Acne Spot Gel. With many users commenting that this is like having an actual cure itself, it’s applied to the skin, at which point it penetrates the surface. Working in a similar fashion to acnezine, it also attacks the pores that have been blocked with either oil or dirt. By forcing this waste out, it leaves the skin feeling clean and refreshed. Combined with the fact that it’s an oil-free solution, the pores remain clean and significantly clear from the signs of acne.
A more natural method of fighting acne is from a wheat and barley derivative called azelaic acid. Available in cream form, it has a powerful combination of not only antibacterial elements, but also an exfoliating effect and anti-inflammatory agents. This helps it to prevent any future problems once the initial acne has cleared up. Since it uses a gentler approach, it’s a good method for those who have sensitive skin.
Even something as simple as your every day diet can be as preventative as a cure itself. By avoiding fatty, greasy foods like burgers and deep-fried products, and maintaining a healthy balance of fruit and vegetables and cutting down on the amount of sugar intake you normally have, this can have a dramatic effect on the acne even beginning in the first place.
One of the more recent breakthroughs, even going as far as to claim it’s the holy grail of a cure, is in the area of holistic acne treatment. There are now books that you can buy that describe this alternative to the more traditional approaches, as well as online guides. What holistic treatment does is look at how a person’s emotional state can bring on an acne attack.
Stress is suggested as one of the major factors in whether a hitherto blemish-free person cam fall victim to this common but annoying skin complaint. Hormones are also discussed, as well as other less common issues.
Although acne can be a distressing problem for anyone who suffers from it, there are advances in treatments being made all the time.
Despite there not being an actual acne cure at the moment, it surely won’t be too long before this problem is a thing of the past.
